Blue Collar (Unskilled)
Aimed at candidates with a basic level of education, various Blue Collar tests can be used to determine if candidates are easily trained or possess core work skills, such as literacy and numeracy.
Employers may also choose to screen out candidates likely to display counterproductive work behaviours, such as theft and absenteeism, or who are more likely to take risks and ignore safety procedures.
